welcome to Theodore Roosevelt

Roosevelt Report CardAt Theodore Roosevelt, we promote a learning environment that is centered on students, directed by teachers and supported by home and community to promote responsibility and to prepare for the future. Located on the east side of the city, Roosevelt serves approximately 365 students each year. Our school offers a full-day pre-kindergarten program for 4 year olds as well as kindergarten through grade 5. Our school also serves the community through a school-based health care clinic.
We are proud to be a neighborhood school in a community with a strong commitment to education and collaboration. Just take a look at a number of items we have accomplished by clicking on the report card to the right.  Each and everyday Roosevelt's staff members work to build strong relationships with our students and parents. Our focus continues to be what is best for our students.

If you have any questions, or thoughts to share, please do not ever hesitate to contact us directly. Our door is always open. Thank you for your continued support of Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School.

Updated on 08/09/2021
We anticipate full in-person student instruction, 5-days per week, for BCSD students for the 2021-2022 school year. There will not be a hybrid learning option as there was last year, although we do know that some students may have unique medical situations that require fully remote instruction.
